Return Prime now supports instant customer refunds using Easebuzz, allowing you to issue refunds quickly and securely through Shopflo rewards. With a simple integration, you can automate refund disbursals directly from the Return Prime dashboard.

How to Enable Easebuzz Integration
Follow these steps to connect your Easebuzz account to Return Prime:
1. Go to Integrations
From your Return Prime dashboard, navigate to:
Settings → Integrations
2. Select Easebuzz
Click on the Easebuzz integration option
You’ll see the form to connect your account (screenshot above)
3. Enter API Credentials
Fill in your Wire API Key and API Salt
Choose whether you want to enable Account Verify from the dropdown
Click Save and active
Note: Return Prime will charge $0.05 per refund issued via Easebuzz.
How to Issue Refunds via Easebuzz
Once the integration is active, you can start refunding directly from the return request:
Steps:
Go to the Requests tab in your dashboard
Open any return request
Click Refund
Select Easebuzz as the refund method
Confirm and process the refund
That's it — the refund will be sent instantly to your customer via the Shopflo rewards system linked with Easebuzz.
Notes
Ensure that your Easebuzz account has sufficient balance to process payouts.
Refunds processed via Easebuzz are irreversible once initiated.
The optional Account Verify setting ensures bank validation of the customer before payout (recommended for added security).
